In this edition of our co-creation series Small Miracles, we celebrated a joint birthday party for everyone with a summer birthday. It featured performances, music, gifts, well-wishes, an exhibition, and a cake-decorating contest!
As summer drew to a close, we invited everyone to a gathering dedicated to Birthdays: a collective celebration for everyone whose birthday fell during the summer months. As people returned to their routines and everyday rhythms began again, the gathering marked the end of summer with a reunion in which we came together to listen to a concert by Baby’s Angels, dance to Motivaciones, decorate a cake in a cake-decorating competition hosted by Mini Maxwell, open an exhibition by Bin Koh and her mother Yun-Sook Kim, share favorite birthday foods, dance to PussyRita’s DJ set, make our own Mercería Clara, and spend the afternoon and evening with performances, music, gifts, and many wishes.
